CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is a system of exercising in which each person works at his or hers own pace at predetermined number of stations or exercises for a set period of time or a set number of repetitions. Exercises can either be Aerobic fitness or Resistance training or a mixture of both. Circuit training is a great all round exercise which helps improve your cardiovascular fitness, helps reduce body fat and increase muscle tone. This type of exercising was originally used by the army to whip their men and women into shape and is one of the best forms of exercise still around today.
