At Feel Great Fitness we aim to provide a top service and we do this by keeping up to date with all the latest exercises and scientific knowledge.

Feel Great Fitness offer a FREE no obligation fitness consultation. This helps you and your personal trainer to get to know each other and build a rapport and also offers an opportunity for your personal trainer to learn about your personal health and fitness history, whilst also working together to define your personal health and fitness objectives.

FIRST SESSION

Feel Great Fitness will provide you with a complete body analysis. This ensures that you can feel and see progress is being made and your training never becomes stale and boring. The results of the body analyzing enables Feel Great Fitness to design your personal exercise programme that’s specific to your needs.

The body analysis covers the following areas:
  • Postural analysis
  • Blood pressure reading
  • Resting heart rate
  • Body fat analysis
  • Calculating body mass index
  • Endurance test
  • Flexibility tests
  • Core strength tests
  • Upper and lower body strength and endurance tests
THE NEXT AND FUTURE SESSIONS

After the first session we will be working to the programme specifically designed to help you achieve your goals and dreams. Their be traditional and innovative exercises to make each training session challenging and fun.

Your progress will be recorded and assessed every 4-6 weeks ensuring your exercise programme reflects your improvements, helping us to ensure your future training sessions stay challenging and fun.
