Feel Great Fitness offer advice on how to lead a healthier lifestyle and how you can gradually reduce your cravings for the wrong types of food.

Feel Great Fitness must stress that advice from us will not involve fad diets or any diet for that matter, we actively encourage the odd treat to help encourage a healthier lifestyle. We only encourage a strict diet if you the client personally ask for that or you are a professional sportsperson. Feel Great Fitness also offer specialised sports nutrition advice which will help you achieve that little bit extra when competing and training for your discipline.

Nutrition involves more than the information on the back of food packets because this does not take into account your physical activity, exercise activity and your weight. Food packets are only a rough guideline and are for men and women who weigh 60kg and have light activity status and for the majority of us this Information has no relevance. That’s why nutrition advice that’s carefully planned and analysed is a healthier option and can help you have a greater energy balance and help you through your day.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE FIRST SESSION


Every 4 weeks it is recommended that you have a re-assessment because when eating healthier your calculations and body compositions change and this causes changes in your energy requirements
