Claire has enjoyed sports from a young age: swimming, gymnastics, hockey, and netball to name a few! However it was her love of the theatre that drew her to first train as an actor, and then a stage combat teacher and fight director.
Never a huge fan of the pounding away the hours on the treadmill, Claire has always loved working out with group classes and outdoor boot camps. Five years ago, Claire took up boxing and saw her own fitness reach new levels.
Becoming a Personal Trainer has combined many of Claire’s favourite things. Seeing people work hard to achieve their goals, watching people change, and helping them feel great and get fit! With over 12 years of experience as a movement professional, Claire will ensure that your exercise program is not only fun and functional but suited to your body, how it moves, and what it needs.
