I’m not your typical personal trainer. After I left drama school I stopped being active and started gaining weight. Skip forward a few years and I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes and I’m fitter, stronger, and happier than I’ve ever been. Together we can work towards your health and fitness goals. I will be there to support you, guide you, motivate you, push you and cheer you on.

Each program is designed for you, using equipment and exercises you enjoy doing – I can’t promise there won’t be the odd burpee, though!
