Do you get bored of doing the same old thing? Do you want to spice up your workout either at home or the gym (when they’re open)? Then a program tailored to you is just the ticket.
We’ll have a chat about your current fitness levels and experience, what you want to achieve, what you love to do during a workout, what you loath, how often you want to work out and how long you want to spend doing it.
Once we’ve done that I will write a program just for you to try out, then all you have to do it give it a couple of goes and tell me what you think. If there are any changes you’d like to make, let me know.
Each program lasts between three to five weeks, after which we reassess and redesign.
