Open to all experience and fitness levels
Each week there are 3 group classes on Zoom and 1 on Clapham Common to choose from.
Every session is different with a mixture of pulse raising cardio work, body weight exercises, boxing, and weights and resistance bands. If you are joining in via Zoom and don’t have any fancy equipment or boxing experience, don’t worry! Grab a heavy book, a towel, or a tin of beans and I’ll show you everything you need to know, including modifications for any niggles or wiggles.
